Why we started Diabfree
Too many people I knew were struggling with blood sugar. And the food meant to help was making things worse. Most of it was processed, polished or packed with junk.
Rice was a big part of that problem. It’s something we eat every day without thinking. But most of it is stripped of nutrients and causes more harm than good.
Diabfree was our way of doing better. We chose grains that are grown naturally, left unpolished and stay true to how food should be.
No quick fixes. Just honest rice that supports your health and fits into real life.

Meet Rahul Nair
I studied in the UK and completed my post-graduation there. After that, I spent nearly six years working in Dubai before returning to India with a simple idea: to make everyday food better.
Over the years, I have seen how diabetes has become more common. So many people around me are dealing with it. And while there is plenty of advice out there, most people still do not have access to one basic thing: clean, trustworthy food.
Diabfree is my response to that. We started with rice because it is a part of almost every meal. But what we usually get is polished, processed and stripped of anything good.
This is not just a business. It is a way to bring better food to people. We are starting small and will grow slowly. Each new product will come after real research and a clear reason to exist.
