1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any reason other than if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Incorrect orders placed by the customer.

• Products that have been opened, used, or are not returned in their original condition.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or is found to be defective:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• Please provide:
  ✔ Your order number.
  ✔ Clear photos showing the damaged or defective product.
  ✔ A brief description of the issue.

We will review your request and confirm whether you qualify for a refund or replacement.

3. Return Conditions

• Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

• Returns must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Refund Processing

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

• You will be notified by email once the refund has been initiated.

5. Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If your product is damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping costs.

• For all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Exchanges

• Exchanges are only provided for damaged or defective items, subject to stock availability.

• If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be offered as per the policy.

7. Product Exceptions

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used food products cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective on arrival.
