Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within India to all serviceable pin codes.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

 

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • All applicable shipping fees are shown before payment.

 

Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates, including for events or personal occasions.

 

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • Track your package via the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking number.

 

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours, including photos of the packaging and product for quick resolution.

  • For lost or significantly delayed shipments, contact us for assistance.

 

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, or the recipient is unavailable, the order may be returned to us or discarded by the courier.

  • In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the order. Refunds are not issued for delivery failures due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

 

Partial Deliveries

  • In some cases, orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
