Shipping Locations

We currently ship within India to all serviceable pin codes.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
All applicable shipping fees are shown before payment.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather, public holidays, or courier delays.
We cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates, including for events or personal occasions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Track your package via the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking number.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours, including photos of the packaging and product for quick resolution.
For lost or significantly delayed shipments, contact us for assistance.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order.
If an incorrect address is provided, or the recipient is unavailable, the order may be returned to us or discarded by the courier.
In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the order. Refunds are not issued for delivery failures due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Partial Deliveries

In some cases, orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
